Artful & Sage Collective Limited

Artful & Sage has a 14 day Return Policy. Simply, this means you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for your return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received the item(s). This means, unused/unworn/original tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/order number or proof of purchase.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item(s) thoroughly upon receiving it/them to ensure you are happy with your order. If you find an item(s) are defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item,  please contact us immediately at team@artfulandsage.co.nz. We will endeavour to evaluate the issue and remedy this as soon as possible. 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as (food, flowers, plants), custom products such as (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods such as (beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s) on: team@artfulandsage.co.nz

Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will then let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to you.
