Oversized Items Delivery
Delivery charges for oversized items are calculated based on the total product volume. Exact costs will be displayed on the product page and again at checkout before you confirm payment. Additional handling time may apply to ensure safe delivery of large or bulky items.

All shipping rates are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars).

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 business days subject to availability of stock.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Smaller orders delivered by courier should be received within 5 working days of dispatch. Note: Courier delays can occur.

All items sent by courier may require a signature upon delivery.

We are not able to deliver to post office boxes or private boxes. We can only ship to physical addresses.

If you are not going to be home to receive your order, please have it delivered to your workplace instead. Note: Our packages require a signature upon delivery.

At present, we only ship within New Zealand. If you are outside of New Zealand and want to purchase a product, please contact: team@artfulandsage.co.nz.
